Hi joppa and nylcon.

You guys have been of immerse help with advice to people. After reading the assistance you have aided to people on the forum.

My wife and i will soon be applying for my spouse visa. She's currently in a nursing accommodation but just rented a 2 bedroom accommodation to meet the requirement. the tenancy agreement concerning the rent will start from 20 June next month but we will be applying anytime around the first week on June. She only has a tenancy agreement and a letter of no objection from the landlord given me full permission to join my wife in the property, as the agreement begins after our application has been lodged and also my wife does not have any council bills or utility bills to proved hope its OK.

Also we wanted to include a letter from her nursing accommodation property manager stating she lives in the nursing accommodation and but will be leaving as her husband will soon be joing her and the current accommodation cant be enough for the both of us .

your kind advice is needed

Minimum documents for the new accommodation are fine.
I don't think you need anything from the nurses' home.
Just make sure you quote contactable details for your wife.
