Hi All,

I have collected all my documents for ACS application. Will be going forward this week to fill out the form.

Just wanted to know if the form is a complex one to fill ? Also anything specific that needs to be kept handy while filling out the form for information?

Also wanted to check few things:
1. I have my attested documents that i have scanned. Do we need to make one PDF file of eg, degree and its related transcripts or individual PDF will do?

2. Got the documents attested from notary. But the Notary registration number is not clearly visible in some of the stamps on docs. Should i make sure to get this done again so the registration number is clearly visible or it should be fine.

Any help much appreciated!

Have your documents and other details handy. if you don't have few docs or not sure what to do just only 'save' and don't submit it. after you are sure of what to fill or attach 'submit' them finally.

if is a straightforward online form to fill...so dont panic. but just FYI sometimes there will error while uploading docs or your form might not get saved due to some server error...if problem persists contact them or else 'all is well'

Yes, all attachments should be in pdf. The form has separate options to upload the degree certificate as well as transcripts. So you can have the degree certificate scanned as one file. All the transcripts can go into another file. Also, there are some size restrictions of the attachments. I think the max acceptable size is 5MB per document.

If it is possible, you can get the notarized docs with a clear stamp. Otherwise, it may not be readable after you get these docs scanned in low resolution (to keep the size under limit)
