Dear all,

I have an inquiry about EOI submitted.

Text Blue Font Line Screenshot

If I want to apply the 190 Visa together with my wife, should I select "Yes" or "No" for the first question? Because the first question is asking family members while the second question mentioned partner, I am confused about whether partner is categorized under family members. I am afraid that when I receive the Visa later, my wife is not able to get the Visa at the same time.

Thank you.

Yes and Yes.

Your Wife is your family member.
Your partner can be both your wife or de facto partner.
