If I want to apply the 190 Visa together with my wife, should I select "Yes" or "No" for the first question? Because the first question is asking family members while the second question mentioned partner, I am confused about whether partner is categorized under family members. I am afraid that when I receive the Visa later, my wife is not able to get the Visa at the same time.
