We all just did our blood work for the medical certificates. But one of my kids shows he has low iron , possibly anemia. He will take supplements.

Will this effect the Immigration process?

Probably not, though I suppose it would degree on how severe it is. I had a lab test return as abnormal as well (hematocrit, I think, tho not sure). The MD simply put a blurb about it being essentially insignificant to marginal at worst, and I had not a single problem getting my residency visa approved.

I should add the caveat that my spouse is a kiwi, born and bred, so I don't know if my application was firmly passed on the basis of the blood test truly being inconsequential, or if extra latitude was given to my circumstances because I was married and living (here in NZ) with my kiwi husband.
