No, you need at least 65 + 5 to get 189 and 190.

There are 58 cases of people with 60 and 65 points in IT related professions that were invited. So you should try if you have 60 points

From 1 January 2017 there are 13 cases . There could be more cases because not everyone registers on immitracker
