Hello,
I would like to know whether we can have a 457 sponsor transfer application while a 190 visa is still pending? Would really appreciate your response for this query.

Hi,

I don't see why not....but what is the hurry if your waiting for your 190, only normally takes a matter of weeks for PR...think my 190 was through from submission of documents, in around 4weeks....but it was very straight forward

Thanks for your response, the reason why I asked was because I read somewhere that if 457 gets approved after 190 it will cancel out the previous visas...something like that. So, just wanted to clarify.

By the way, I am waiting for my PCC which might take some time and in the mean time, I would have to go through sponsor change for my valid 457 visa. Hope it is not an issue?
