Hi folks,

I have submitted a PR application and my first year WHV (417) expires on 08/07/15, after which my bridging visa comes into effect until my PR application is decided.

I need to know my options if my PR application is refused!!

If my PR is refused, can I still submit my second year 417 visa application? Also, will it be dependent on whether my first year visa has expired or not.

I would really appreciate some info.

Cheers :confused::confused:

If your PR is refused you can still submit an application for your second 417 as long as you meet the requirements (completed your required regional work). A second 417 doesn't require your first one to be in place or expired, so it won't matter.
