Hi All
I hope everybody fine.
Basically I applied for eea2 unmarried partner application which was refused this year February I then applied for tribunal but I didn't went to court and they refused me. After that I asked first tier tribunal for appeal to upper tribunal but permission refused. Reason was no error in law.

Permission to upper tribunal was refuced on 12 May 2015.
Now I m preparing to send a fresh application in .
I m unmarried partner of European national exercise treaty rights as a employeed .
Do I need to apply within 28 days time
Or
28 days time doesn't apply for eu partner ?
I really want to know please.
Help me
Thanks

Why can't you just marry, which will presumably remove a large part of doubt from your application? What reasons have they given for refusals?

Hi Joppa
Thanks for your reply.
Reason for refusals was employer landlines number didn't provided , payment method wasn't showed in payslips and a few more silly points.

What is the 28 days rules for uk immigration application and eea applications.?

I heard if I m eea citizens partner or unmarried partner it's doesn't matter if I am apply late , is it true ?
Thanks

I don't think 28-day rule on financial documents apply to EEA applications. While you can reapply at any time, if you leave it too late they will start taking action to remove you from UK, i.e. arrested, put in detention centre and deported.

Like your payslip is no older than 28 days when you apply but this doesn't affect you.

Not with EEA applications. It can be used as a reason to deny you. Hope they don't come to arrest you while you wait to reapply.
