Hi all. My wife and I have just submitted my ILR(M) application online. The earliest available appointment date for processing my documents and biometrics is 7th June. All the documentary evidence we've gathered for the application is dated up through the end of April, so they are currently valid within the 28 day rule, because fewer than 28 days have elapsed between the document dates and today's date of submission. But by the time my 7th June appointment comes around, the documents will become older than 28 days old.

My question: does the 28 day rule relate to the date of online application submission (i.e. today), or to my appointment date (i.e. 7th June)?

Thanks in advance for your help.
