I filed my 189 Visa ( job code :- 263111)on 28th October 2016, submitted PCC for me and my wife on 15th December and medicals too got approved during December last year. Since then My PR status is "Assessment in progress".
I tried reaching out to DIBP's call center, but they have not given any timelines, my case is being handled by GSM Adelaide. Can anyone suggest me what should I do ? I submitted all the required documents well on time but it is really frustrating that my PR process has been stuck due to unknown reasons.
