Hi all,

I have below query for my cousin's EOI, please suggest which option is better?

Option-1 : Update existing EOI which was lodged in May 2014 . It is for 190 NSW but for an ANZSCO that is currently suspended.
Changes required: Change ANZSCO, add 7 band each info, remove experience.

Why do I want to keep this current EOI unchanged? If incase I am unable to go via 189 (see Option-2), I may have a chance in selection-based invitation NSW process later due to very old EOI when SOL reopens.

Option-2 : Make a new EOI of different ANZSCO for which I am eligible now in 189. I don't have to claim any experience points.

Is it okay to have a new EOI of different ANZSCO or update existing one?

See ya :blabla:

Hi all,

Since no replies were received, we have gone for updating the existing EOI. But following question arises, please reply:

ACS has considered employment after July 2014 (6 months) to be at skilled level and valid for claiming points. But I do not need to claim points for work experience (6 months) since I am already getting 60 points. Do I need to attach any work-related docs (payslips, exp letter, tax return, etc) in my visa application?

Although, I have made "after July-2014" Australian work experience as relevant in EOI but since it is just 6 months, there is no changes in points calculation.

Regards,
