Hi all,

After a 6 months wait for the invitation, we finally got it yesterday (3rd Oct 2017)!
And I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant (do date in April 2018).

What should I do? Should I inform someone about the pregnancy?
We would like the baby born in Portugal...

"We would like the baby born in Portugal... " and I assume you also would like your baby to be part of this visa application rather than to go through another child visa application, so:

Apply for the visa and wait for a case officer to come around requesting you for medicals. You can inform them at that time (about your inability to undertake medical tests due to pregnancy) and they'll wait. Once the newborn arrives, inform them again with newborn's details (see here for more info: http://www.expatforum.com/expats/au...130-add-new-born-baby-lodged-application.html) and they'll add your baby to the current visa application. You all can then undertake medicals and wait for further processing and subsequent PR visa grant for all of you.
