What are the advantages of applying for GSM visa 189 or 190 onshore compared to offshore? From my understanding, a visa application made onshore can be given for migration review tribunal when there is a rejection but offshore visa cannot be.
So would it be wise to actually go on a tourist visa to Australia and apply for the permanent visa from there so that this appeal option also might be availed if needed?
