Hi Guys,

My time line is in my signature. I have a CO assigned and all my docs are in Met state except Medicals which I booked on 26th March.

CO has requested only Medicals from us but he hasn't mentioned about Form 80 and 1221?

Will he request later or shall I submit it anyways or shall I keep quiet and submit only Meds and wait for further communication from CO? Will a visa be granted without Form 80 and 1221?

And my overseas employment docs are also Met which means I will not get a call to my current employer to check my present job?

Please advise...

In my case the CO requested the Form 80 and 1221 along with PCC, Meds and spouse's english language ability proof. Didn't the CO ask for PCC?

I would not worry about it though. The forms are pretty straight forward and you should be able to send the docs the very next day.

Do the medicals and send the CO an email about it. Also ask the question if the Form 80 and 1221 are required in the same email.

In my case no one called my office or my manager who gave me the stat dec. But I have read posts where DIAC contacted the employer. Till the visa is granted you cannot be sure of anything. Even if it shows as Met they might do some verification if they feel. But if your employment related documentation is good then you dont need to worry about it.

For me PCC is frontloaded so didn't ask for it.

For my wife English, I submitted her UG&PG mark sheets and it has MoI in some corner of it and I mentioned it. He was happy to accept that I think.

Regarding employment, I have attached more than enough docs so I think they are happy with that too but still fingers crossed!

yes buddy bit lucky on that wife English ability part...

don't even ask me how many times I would have checked my mails and DIAC...

I am sure my email login in last 6 months would have surpassed the number of login in last 10 years!

and one more thing is I am part of lot of tech/non-tech forums but never been so active on any of them except this one

Even I applied for 176 Visa for WA. I got request from CO for PCC, Medicals & From 80 on 23rd Feb 2012. I have submitted all of them yesterday i.e. 16th March... Now waiting for CO....Not sure how much time it would take now.

How about forms for dependents? did they ask forms for them as well?

I think if your docs are clear you may get it anytime...Good luck
