I got the NSW SS and sent the hard copies for the Visa processing.

I have some clarifications:

1.Approximately when I can expect a response from CO if my application is reached there by 15th.

2.Is Medicals mandatory for approval?


3.Is PCC mandatory for approval?

4.If the visa is granted the intimation will come as an e-mail?

5.What is the next step to do after getting the mail regarding the stamping of the visa in the passport?

You will not get the visa unless you get the PCC & Medicals done.There's no way you can avoid these...

Once the visa is granted you will get a confirmation email and around 5 pdf files..one of these will be the actual visa grant...

You should ideally get the visa label on your passport once the visa is approved..for this you should go to the nearest VFS office with the visa grant and your passport..you will get the passport after a few days with the visa stamp in it..

Answers to your questions below:

1. Yes, it is needed for everyone on the application aged over 16.

2. It depends from country to country. If you are applying for an Indian PCC & the address on your passport is same as your current address, then you would get the PCC the very same day. Else it might take 21 days. You can check with your local PSK for more details.
