Husband is finally in the UK.

The visa approval letter said the visa was issued under paragraph 3.2 Appendix FM, the 10 year route. I have a disabality benefit which is why I presumed it was 10 years and not 5 although we did meet income requirements under student finance criteria too.

His BRP is dated to end on 25/06/2020, we applied for the spouse visa on the 30/06/2017. Am I correct in understanding we have 2.5 years - 28 days from when he landed in the UK to apply for his next visa?

As it is the 10 year route, do we need to reapply for visas every 2.5 years?

Hoping and praying everyone on here gets there applicitons through quickly

What paragraph 3.2, in which document are you referring to?

Please provide a link.

From your earlier postings you applied for spouse visa under maintenance and accommodation i.e you are paid a PIP benefit.

Approval does not usually give a 10 year route.
