Names of different cuts of meat in Portuguese
Would like to know the names of different cuts of meat in Portuguese please.
rib eye is I think - alcatra
sirloin I believe is - lombo de vaca
but how about all the others.
Butchers in Portugal...
I've been googling quite a bit now, and I haven't been able to find a butcher in Dubai. Isn't it used around here, or can you get a properly sized custom cut steak somewhere? :-)
Wondering about the availability in street markets or stores of the following:
ocean varieties of fresh fish (assuming some varieties are seasonal)
beef steak such as sirloin
kosher or sea salt
green beans, fresh or canned
