My wife is a nurse with experience and a BSN from a top US University. Anyone have exp. with UAE requirements/addtl training/costs to practice in the UAE in a medical facility or school?

Could somebody explain to me what the australian nurse levels means, ie. is it years of experience or like the u.k. grading system ? Secondly why are some positions asking for ACFI ? What is this and how does it apply to me ? Thank you Gwen.
