Can anyone tell when and for what are the authorised details used:
1. The postal address- of the authorised recipient
2. The Phone number - of the authorised recipient
3. The eMail ID - of the authorised recipient
Since i am on a project in another country for a year or two , my current residential address is different from my permanent-residence (India), and is not fixed:
I want the DIMIAC to send all postal-correspondence to my India address while i want them to contact ME ONLY on phone or eMail.
