I have moved your post to the USA section of the forum where you are more likely to get help with your query.

Nobody can guarantee you a visa without you having the interview at the consulate/embassy (whatever applies) first. If they think there's too much risk for you staying in the US (illegal), they will refuse the visa. If you can't prove your ties to your home country (or the country where you are currently residing), they can refuse the visa.

Can you prove that you have enough money to cover your stay in the US?
Can you prove that you are still registered as a full time student in Lithuania at the time you are going to visit your girlfriend (and the time right after that visit)? Are you in a crucial phase of your study (e.g. last your of study)?
Is she just a girlfriend or are you engaged to get married?

You need a visa to enter the US whether it is visitor visa, fiancee visa, spouse visa.

An invitation from your girlfriend/fiancee etc does not guarantee entry.
