Default H1b or E3

Hi all,

I am an Indian born Australian looking to move to USA.

After doing some basic research on moving to USA, I want to give it a shot. I don't have a job offer but I have a really promising lead.

I have intentions of settling in USA so I cannot apply for E3 visa.

What is the best way to go about it? Any help would be deeply appreciated.

thank you in advance

Any job offer you get must be sponsored by the employer. It's the employer that must apply for the H1b
