Hi Guys,

Has anyone immigrated to the US, with their Defacto partner, My partner is a US citizen staying with me since 3 years in Australia,

Our relationship is registered and I have a Civil partnership certificate from Queensland government

I think you'll find that the US does not recognize "de facto" partnerships, nor do they recognize "civil partnerships." I believe you'll find that you'll have to be married - unless, of course, each of you can qualify on their own for an immigration visa.
