Default CR1 Application Help

I need Help from Pakistani Expats on this one .

My Wife is US Citizen and Pakistan Born.
I am Pakistani but live in Korea.

To start i-130 and CR1 Process. I need to know if Nikah Nama (Urdu) and Nadra Marriage Certificate (English) needs to be attested in Pakistan from MOFA , Foreign Affairs Office / Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan. Original Docs or the Copies of those needs to be attested?

Secondly , Do they need to be attested from Pakistani Consulate in the Texas or the relevant State as well for the i-130 petition ?

Third :

We do not want to change Her Surname Name on the ID card, can we still get Nikah nama and marriage certificate attested from MOFA?

This is from MOFA website :

Nikkah nama & Marriage Certificate of wedding with foreign national must be supported with copy of Passport of foreign spouse, Pakistani visa and date of entry in Pakistan. No Nikkah nama & marriage Certificate will be attested without the provision of above mentioned documentary evidence.

I believe as a US Citizen , she is a foreign national regardless of her birth place (Pakistan). She has Pakistan visa on her PP and date of entry and exit from Pak.

I am asking this because MOFA told us that they need name on HER ID card to be changed first. (We saw the foreign national condition later)

"Original Nikkah Nama issued by Nikkah Registrar with his signature/stamp along with Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC) and Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of bride with husband name is required or Family Registration Certificate (FRC) or Children Registration Certificate from NADRA (in case of children after the wedlock). "
