Default Buying a property what address to use for NIE application

Hi,
We are in the process of buying a property in Huesca province. We obviously don't own it yet. What address do we use to fill in the NIE application form as every thing I seem to read says to put a Spanish address in? Do we use the address we are buying in the first section and our uk address for the notification to be sent to, or should we just use our abogados address in Zaragoza? We are currently in Jaca in Spain.
Thanks

Joanne

We got ours about 6 months before we found a property. From memory our UK address was in both sections.

Could your solicitor that you have for the house purchase not help you?

Ours gave us all the information and then ended up taking us to the notary anyway. From memory it didn't cost much and was easier than DIY.

You can use any address you want (and can prove) - it simply doesn't matter.

Once you 'apply' for residency and for the padron, then this must be a Spanish address

Thanks,
Great we will just use our UK address in both sections.
I wasn't sure they would post the notification to the UK but we don't mind going back to collect it from the police station.

We will use our UK address.
He is helping us, but we are still waiting for his replies to our questions.

Your NIE document would normally be ready for collection the same day and within an hour or two.

Don't go to the Local Police Station (Policia Local) - it needs to be the extranjeria at your National Police Station.

People quite often show the address they are staying at when they apply. I have seen that even just be a hotel where they stayed the night before. I have never known the police ask for any prove. Once it is issued It never needs to updated. EU registration is of course different
