Default Gestor for motorcycle

Is there a gestor in or around Valencia that knows the ins and outs of matriculating a motorcycle and could do it on my behalf.
I have a Harley Davidson MT350 which is the first problem, there is no CoC so would need inspection. I know that It needs EU marked mirrors and reflectors. Headlight is European. UK MoT and insurance til April 2020.
Someone did start the process for me but I have not heard back from them.
If anyone is available could they please let me know.

Regards

Andy

I believe all gestors can do what you want, however, if you ask and they cannot they will for sure recommend one that can

More than a gestor, you need a homologation engineer, although I suppose that you wanted to go through a single point of contact?

The problem is that you will be at the mercy of the time it will take for the single gestor to go through the process in his / her own time. These things take a long time (as most things in Spain!). A friend of mine "recently" went through the process of registering his car as Historic, he is Spanish and has many contacts in the motoring world, and it still took him 18 months.

I suggest that you make absolutely sure that the original gestor has abandoned you before starting again in parallel with another.

But if you are adamant, OI would go to a motorcycle mechanic and ask them for recommendations, most work with homologation companies and gestors.

That's ridiculous, I registered a classic car from UK and it took under 2 weeks including the engineers inspection/report which was done on the first morning followed immediately by the ITV, the rest of the time was the paperwork grinding it's way through the system.
