Default Paint for plastic finished interior doors

Hi all
The interior doors and frames/ architraves of our property are mdf finished in a factory sprayed on white paint. To replace a single door would cost over a thousand euros each as they are made to measure fitting each aperture.i am unable to find a new door to just hang as a replacement as you would in the U.K as they come complete with the frames etc and to remove would destroy the surrounding walls!
Any recommendations for a suitable paint for plastic finishes greatly received. The local pintura store doesn't really understand what I am looking for so just a name I can give them for hand painting plastic finishes, many thanks.

Do you have custom sizes? If not you remove the mouldings and the frames likely unscrew.

Look for paint designed for painting kitchen cabinets.

I think. Wait for somebody else to check -)

Thanks NickZ
The frames are buried in the walls and to remove them would pull the walls apart then need rebuilding and walls repainted. Will have a look at the paint you suggest.

Wait for somebody else to confirm it or at least ask the shop. It should be okay but better to ask the experts
