Default 2-3 month rentals

Hello, what are good resources for finding short term, but months not weeks apartment rentals? Airbnbs and HomeAway and booking.com are geared to week holiday stays, idealista and other sites like that are for long term rentals but as a Canadian I can only go for 3 months. I would like to look at websites that offer these type rentals.
Thank you

I don't know of anything in between.

The best idea would be to contact the property owners directly from any of the holiday or long term sites & explain what you are looking for.

Do you want coast or inland. Which region. As Ger1964 asks, what size?

Just a 1 bedroom for my wife and I. Not sure where, but probably Andalucia, probably in a city where a car is not required. Murcia seems nice too. A place where winters are mild.

Many Canadians spend the winter months in Nerja.

Not a fan, I spent half day in April. Looking for much less touristy place

You could look at Almunecar more traditional Spanish. Plenty to do in the winter months and quite a few Canadians live here.

That's exactly what we did before we bought our apartment. You can get some good all inclusive (bills) deals out of season. We used to book from September to December and paid an average of 400 per month (incl bills). Some owners don't want to do longer term lets but most are happy to have the apartment occupied over the winter months.
