Default Family GP In Sabinillas/La Duquesa

Afternoon all,
Is there anyone on this forum who might be in a position to recommend a good family GP who is based in the San Luis De Sabinillas/La Duquesa area for me please. Thanks in advance if you can and thanks if you can't.

Are you legally resident and either working or a state pensioner with an S1?

If so, then the INSS will assign a health centre and doctor to you - you can't simply choose one.

If not, then it will have to be a private doctor. If private, then I'm sure someone can recommend one.

So you need a private Dr.? Does your healthcare provider not have a list of recommendations. People we know locally have a list of those they can go to? Sorry canít be more help

Good luck

Yes, you will have to check your insurance provider's "cuadro medico", ie their directory of which doctors, clinics and hospitals are approved for use by their policyholders. GPs are usually listed under Medico General. It would be of no use if someone recommended a practitioner who is not on your insurance company's list.
