Default Campsite Alicante/Benidorm

Hello. We are retired and considering taking our motor home to the Benidorm or the Alicante areas of Spain for the autumn and winter, possibly longer. Good access for transport to the airport is important. Wondering if anyone there can recommend a good site to stay on. A pool would be wonderful, especially if heated! Would be great to be within walking distance of shops/restaurants as we have mobility problems. Any advice would be appreciated. Regards, Babs.

The answer for all things Motorvan in France and Spain is Park4night.com. A search "around a place" with Alicante gave me a couple of campsites within 1km of each other. Both had multi-lingual comments posted by previous travellers, some good, some bad. Outdoor swimming pools in Spain tend not to be open during the winter, but the sea may still be 20° or more.
