can i apply for temporary/permanent residence visa for my cousins kids. Is this allowed ?

Hi, sorry noone replied yet. I dont think you can apply for your cousins kids. To apply for someone you need to be within the 1st degree of kinship. That is parents, children, and siblings. Children includes legally adopted children.
