I read that Bank of America sold it's interest in Santander back to Santander today. I suppose this means ATM fees and foreign exchange rates for BofA customers will be going up as they will no longer have a relationship. You can easily find the story by Googling or Yahooing or otherwise searching the Web.

Bank of America is associated with Canadian Scotia bank which has a lot of ATM' s in Mexico. You should be able to avoid fees by using them.
