I feel the reason that the staff shouldn't address this problem is that not only the guy that owns the vehicle (most don't own vehicles so big money) will never return and he'll make sure that the rest of his family won't either, it's a tough world and they play by different rules.

Had similar issue's (culture) when I used the small Mom and Pop Internet spots the kids from the neighborhood would run into me while I'm sitting in the chairs because they wanted the computer or I didn't give them any money, talk badly and there's no way the owner dares get involved the kids also play for free, had to wait several times or just leave because the kids were playing games and not paying, people are real touch here they can go from smiling to a really bad happening and we as Westerner's are thought of as mean spirited we always loose.

Well I always carry these in my car. It makes me feel better. And I always take pictures and send it to the National Council on Disability Affairs

Plus I have on that is kind of vulgar

These are great and might make a difference if all people legally entitled to blue parking would carry and use these cards. Great idea.
