Default Feast or famine.

I Love a sunburnt country,
a land of sweeping plains,
of rugged mountain ranges,
of droughts and flooding plains,

I love her far horizons,
I love her jewel-sea,
her beauty and her terror-
the wide brown land for me.

Dorothea Mackellar 1885-1968.

After extreme drought and raging fires on the east coast of Oz for months on end we are now being flooded in many areas with more lives lost, torrential rain in many other areas. A hard and volatile country at the best of times, home. Stand firm and get on with it as we do.

Australia is not alone with natural disasters but they do seem to be getting worse all over the globe.
Only my melancholy thoughts members but chin up.

Cheers, Steve.

O/A I am positive with our move and the foibles that I whinge about there and on reflection are easily overcome with more time expended but hey, retirement mode is kicking in.
By the by how have your travels been panning out? Are you back in the big smoke?

Cheers, Steve.
