Default Moving to Australia - slow steps!

I am from Dhaka Bangladesh, currently I am based in Africa working with a private company. I am with Civil Engineering Background and MBA and working as Operations Specialist for a Consulting firm who are mostly working in Engineering Sector. My wife graduated from Arts group few years back but no professional experience.
We obtained PR (189) on 05 Sep 2017 and completed our first visit requirement in Dec 2017.
Considering all factors, I decided to relocate my Wife and our 4 years old daughter by early 2019 (say Feb/march 2019) to Australia and I will join them later (say 1.5-2 years later).
I am looking for answer of the following questions:
- I am planning to take 1 month (or bit more) leave from Jan-Feb/Mar 2019 and move to Australia to settle my Wife and Daughter and I will come back to work in Africa. Is this enough time to find out a rental house? Will Australia House owner agree to give me house showing my Africa job contracts and bank statements. I receive my salary in Bangladesh. but in future i can receive my salary in Australia if necessary. I already have an account in Australia and it is operational.
- Will I/we be able to secure a driving license and complete formalities with medicare and centrelink registration in 1 month.
- Probably i will not have any earning from Australia for the first one year and half unless my wife gets a job there. Will we need to submit tax file and pay taxes against my salary of current job?
- My daughter might need to wait till she gets 6 years (2020) to enroll any govt school. Right? Currently she is in Nursery 1 in an Intl school in Africa.
- at later stage, if i decide to stay longer in Africa and apply for RRV for 5 years - will we be able to show strong ties using my house rental, money in Australia bank, daughter's school, family in Australia etc.
- I am thinking to consult with a migration lawyer. Is it correct to do it now or i can do it later as necessary? Any recommendation? Any idea about the cost to consult with a lawyer
- I am planning to manage job interviews for me using connections/recruiter once i am in Australia for 1-month. In my opinion, Sydney would be expensive but chances of job is high. Is it a correct decision? I guess - expenses in Brisbane would be lower than Sydney. And we can always move to Sydney once i am permanently in Australia or as necessary. Any suggestion?
- The above idea has lots of pros and cons. One biggest concern would be that i will be alone in Africa but i will be able to visit them 2-3 times per year. Is there any better way to have Australian Citizenship for me and family? The worst scenario would be that My wife and daughter will get Australia Citizenship I will not get RRV and lose my PR.
Need ideas or suggestions?

Mate, I have reviewed the above and would like to go In Private and chat more on this topic.
Your situation is quite similar to mine....but there are differences. Do you have Skype or Whatsapp? Share that via PM and lets discuss.
Good luck,
Alex

Shortly after you have made 5 good posts (that is, not just posting to increase your post count, such posts would be deleted by moderators) you will have access to the Personal Message system, and will be able to share or request information from other posters.

If you need to contact others, please do so through the Personal Message system once you are granted access (they will need to have made 5 posts before they have access too) - you can of course send them your email address or other information this way too. Or, ask them to contact you the same way.

However, where appropriate please consider asking for replies on the thread itself, rather than using Private Messages - this may help other members and generate more responses and feedback to help you.
