Absolutely. There is "have to" and there is "should". You could say that as a minimum you "have to" follow the policy of your country's government but that isn't necessarily the same as what you "should" do.

I'm having a stab at trying to get the freelancer stuff going again but unfortunately my specialisms are tourism and marketing and there is zilch happening in either of those sectors, probably for the foreseeable future.

Well its seems that Boris has survived and the media is very happy.

Whilst that is good news, the UK is predicted to become the worse hit country in Europe.

Everyone thinks he is a great leader.

I don't get it.
