If Trump brings good or bad to the US economy, time will tell. What is troubling is his disrespect for the office of the president.

As opposed to bowing to Saudi Kings, dancing on Ellen DeGeneres, taking selfies at Nelson Mandela's memorial, his latte salute to a Marine, his crotch salute during the national anthem, his feet always on the desk in the Oval Office, his photo op in front of Che Guevara mural.....

Again, I didn't vote for Trump and supported Ted Cruz but this thread is about the surge in the economy, both bring and brought disgrace to the office.

Heads up, Zorro: this thread is titled "More Trump".

Trying to compare the ethics/morals/public and personal behavior of Trump and Obama is truly laughable.

How about telling us the real reasons you hate Obama so much?

Thank you Zorro, I found your post very interesting. The finances of countries around the world is an inexact science, the more I try to understand it, the less I do. So many variables.
Although I have been a member for some year, only returned to being an active member recently. This is a good forum and the moderators do a good sensible job IMO. Unlike the one I was spending my time on until recently.
But I would love to see more posts from members on their life experiences irrespective of where they are currently living, but of course, especially here in Philippines.

It is good to hear a voice of reason here, I am the only admitted conservative and take regular beatings due to my political and religious stances. If there are others, they don't seem to admit it as the outspoken majority of this forum is very liberal.

I started the "North Korea" thread, do you want to take on gay marriage in another as you touched on?

We could use some new blood that isn't afraid to take on topics other than Trump bashing.

By far your most pathetic post ever [so far].

Your Ted Cruz, the pathological liar and sleeze ball politician, and his crazy ideas says something about who you think is legit and who is believable. Now I get it. It makes sense.

This is so typical of you Alan to turn a post that you can't possibly defend with logic into an exchange of insults to get the thread locked, your pattern of doing this is so obvious you really need to get some new material or a new angle of attack.

You can't point to any facts to defend the "shovel ready jobs" that Obama admitted weren't so "Shovel ready" after blowing his stimulus package so you try your best to divert the thread into a slam fest to get it locked.

Try facts instead of insults for a change, this pattern is worn out.

And have a Merry Christmas.

Fact is your interpretation of the stock market numbers etc. and the present thieves and liars of the GOP having anything at all to do with it is laughable and far rt, wing nonsense.

If anything you are making most of it up or copying it from far rt. wing media. Tundragreen already stated what it is and you repeat your slant over and over again. Boring.

Obama stimulus deals were blocked by the a**hole Republicans and you know it. You know Teddy Cruz and that gang of thieves and liars, con men now having control of all branches of the American government.

You too have a Merry Christmas

Again with the same track of insults and non information (liars and thieves, we aren't talking about the Clintons, this is about Trump.)

The stock market surge speaks for itself about this administration and it's policies.

Obama got his stimulus package, he got 787 billion approved by congress in February 2009, can you please list all of the jobs that it created and the cost per job? Where did this money come from? It was tax money but liberals can't seem to understand that government spending of our own money does not stimulate growth unless that "loan" is paid back with a profit, which it wasn't. His White House predicted that it would create 3.3 million jobs by 2010 when actually 3.5 million jobs were lost. You can't spend your way to prosperity with someone else's money unless it really works, which it never has.

Again your insults, name calling of the Republicans and attacks are aimed to get a response from me to get this thread locked as that is your usual track, because you have not yet presented any evidence of what exactly Obama ever did that was a success. For God's sake, the man never held a real job before he became a lackluster senator who had a dismal track record of no accomplishments. He never managed a payroll, met a budget or ran a business at all, he had no track record to refer to or real experience to run even a small business, let alone a country and proved it.

But keep trying to get the thread locked with insults.

And have a Merry Christmas.

Nice try.
You were talking about "stimulus" package called the bailout stimulus deal. I was thinking you were still on the subject of infrastructure stimulus deals which the Democrates wanted to bring into law and the liars and thieving Republicans blocked them. There are probably 100 thing the Democrates did to boost the economy and care for US citizens and is common knowledge outside of Fox News and around the World it is well know and probably 500 more Democrates wrote up laws for but the a**hole Republicans blocked them. Just a bunch of anti-social politicians along with their supporters.
