Default need B-2 Tourist Visa

First of all Im not sure of the protocol involved to post a thread, so sorry if Im wrong. I need a tourist visa B-2 for my friend who is a citizen of the Philippines. We hope she will be able to visit me ( us citizen) soon. Sincerely, Ken

Actually SHE needs a B-2 tourist visa in order to visit you. She should contact the US consulate where she is currently resident (presumably, but not necessarily, in the Philippines). The procedure for applying for a tourist visa is normally spelled out on their website.
