Smile Working for ADIA

Hi everyone,

I know this topic has been covered in the past, but cant see anything posted recently. I am interested to learn a little more about working for AIDA. Specifically what sort of compensation package to expect for a mid level / senior trader.(Level I2). Im a VP in the UK.

Is it common practice to have to negotiate the offer? Im really trying to work out whether a move to Abu Dhabi will give me more financial security / better life style. In the UK I earn about 140,000pa all in. I haven't had the offer yet but just want to manage my expectations.

any advice would be great.

many thanks

Hi limo81,

I have been contacted by a recruiter for a Job in ADIA and still waiting whether I will be shortlisted for first round interview or not. The position I am applying for is Senior Associate. All what i know on ADIA's compensation is that they provide excellent medical services, generous housing allowance and for some employees, schooling allowance for the children. I think it really differs from one person to another and everything is negotiable.

I have been also looking for any useful info on the web but could nor find anything. Hopefully anyone in this forum can give us some advice.

Good luck!
