Arrow yoga and pilates and massages in antibes

Dear All,

together with my need in finding a language school, i also wanted to know if anyone here has some tips for directing me to a good yoga studio and a pilates studio in Antibes.
i am looking for serious studios specialized in those two activities.

also, i am an afecionados of massages, having lived 7 years in Asia, i am used to do 3 massages a week, i know here economically would be impossible, but can i ask you if you know of a good place or therapist where i can go to?

i hope, after asking all these questions, that one day i will also be able to help you out!

best wishes,

Alice

Best of luck finding good massage therapists in France! There are a few, but they cannot officially call themselves 'masseurs' as this is a protected domain for France's physiotherapists et al. I know just how you feel - I'm back in France after some years in Thailand, and it'll be a year or two before I return there permanently. I sometimes had a two hour Thai, hot stone, or shiatzu massage every day of the week out there!

You're in a good area for that sort of service, but I bet they charge a fortune. Compared to 2€ an hour in S.E.Asia ...

Many cities and towns in France have various associations, as is the case with Antibes. They have some Yoga and health organizations. I don't know how good they are but you can certainly check them out: Sports.

A votre sante.

Hi Alice,

I'm in Antibes and a big fan of yoga and massage too. Unfortunately my wallet can't afford much of either. I've been to Ashtanga Yoga Antibes and enjoyed my class there.

I take a dance class at ALS Studio, they offer pilates classes too.

For massages, I go to Karine at Il Était une fois (that first comment is mine, heh) and also Amandine. I prefer Karine but Amandine offers a wider range of services.

Here are some other yoga/massage places in Antibes that I mean to try once I can afford them.

Sohum Yoga
Anglo-French yoga school
Natha Yoga

Enjoy!
