Default CV attestation numérique online

https://media.interieur.gouv.fr/deplacement-covid-19/

You fill in an online form, and then are sent a copy of the regular attestation with a QR code printed on it.
It is possible to just leave the form open in a window on your desktop computer and update as needed. Then, when you receive the pdf, you can mail it to yourself and have it on your smartphone.

According to the instructions:
Les données saisies sont stockées exclusivement sur votre téléphone ou votre ordinateur. Aucune information n'est collectée par le Ministère de l'Intérieur. L'attestation pdf générée contient un QR Code. Ce code-barres graphique permet de lire les informations portées dans votre attestation au moment de leur saisie. Il peut être déchiffré à l'aide de tout type de lecteur de QR code générique.

The data entered is stored exclusively on your phone or computer. No information is collected by the Ministry of the Interior. The pdf certificate generated contains a QR Code. This graphical barcode enables the information on your certificate to be read at the time it is entered. It can be deciphered using any type of generic QR code reader.

I’m OK with Siri (and Alexa). Sometimes, as now, they’re useful.

The one caveat I've seen is that you can't pre-fill-in your name and identifying information to re-use for subsequent attestations. Once you send it to yourself to use, the site erases all your data.

I think I'll probably continue using the paper forms. (Though I admit we are well stocked for paper and ink.) Heck, for one or (maybe) two trips a week, it is no major inconvenience to print off the form. But they did confirm that the paper forms continue to be valid so it's your choice.

Yes, they do not store the data you submit. So, if you close the window or tab, the data you entered is gone. However, if you keep the window or tab open, you can just return to it and modify the relevant data.

Also, for those who know html, it is possible to save a copy of the form locally with your personal details already in. By the way, the "new" form is the same as the old form, just with the QR code added. So, you can also print it out and use it as you have already been doing. Though, if you do print it out, it's probably a good idea to sign it.
