Default Donating blood in this time of coronavirus: possible without being affected?

Hello,

So, I've been to this site - https://dondesang.efs.sante.fr/puis-...z=2&question=0, and passed the eligibility test to donate blood. From https://dondesang.efs.sante.fr/trouver-une-collecte, I see that I can walk to my nearest hospital and donate blood there. However, I'm thinking of two problems here:

(1) Is it even possible or wise to do so? I mean if I go to donate, there's chance of getting affected and/or spreading the virus.

(2) Nearest hospital is about 30 minutes by walk; what reason should one mention on the "attestation de déplacement dérogatoire" if (s)he goes to donate blood?

Lastly, is there a third option to safely donate blood circumventing the above two issues?

Blood is still needed. The Etablissement Français du Sang which collects donations will no doubt take every step to prevent infection by the coronavirus and protect donors.

You are allowed to donate blood as it is considered as assistance to personnes vulnerables. So that is the paragraph you should tick on the Attestation.

The EFS will be very grateful for your gesture, as stocks are down.
