Default APS (Autorisation Provisioire de Séjou) without Prenom

I applied me and my wife for the carte de sejour , with talent passport visa at Perfecture Paris
A strange thing happened.
For my spouse, her name in passport was long , and it is an Egyptian passport and we don't write First Name , Last name separately in Egypt.
The first name is the Is the first word of your name and last name is the last word.

The agent of the perfecture told us the name is too long and system is not accepting it , so he wrote part of her name in the Nom field, and he kept the Prenom field empty!
I told him to correct this some how , he told me that I say here what to do with this !
And we got our Autorisation Provisioire de Séjou , witout prenom for my wife.
So name now is different from passport as he wrote only part of it , and different from the visa also.
Anyway, is this OK to have the name like this without prenom ?

Thanks in advance.
