Default Équivalence notarial contract from South Africa with PACS

Hi
I am a French citizen and my partner is South African
We are not married but have had a notarial agreement for 10 years - currently residing in South Africa. We are preparing our move back to Europe /France . We will do a PACS but I’d like to know if anyone knows whether there is an equivalence acknowledged by the French government of the notarial agreement (and the duration of it) - not a simple question... thanks

I have no idea whether this might help https://www.notaires.fr/fr/couple-fa...-inconvénients but perhaps you could further explore the notaires.fr site.

Just a reminder that if you are going to be PACsed then ensure you do wills as inheritance tax law regards being married and PACsed as two different things
