Default Proof of moving out of France for Orange

Hello, I stumbled upon an issue I'm not sure how to deal with.
I'm moving back to Czechia - I already have a flat set up there but all the paperwork is in Czech and getting a translator to translate it would cost significantly more than the cancellation fees.
What can I give them to prove that I'm actually moving? I haven't been here long enough to have to register for taxes so I can't get a document about that. I also don't have enough stuff to justify hiring a moving company so I can't get a receipt for that either.
What are my options?
I rented a flat here so I'm cancelling a lease, electricity, water and insurance. Maybe some of that could help?
Thanks

When you end your rental agreement the landlord is required to give you a form showing that you have left the property and the date I cannot remember the name of it off the top of my head but it is something like a "quittance" I think
If you had owned a property and sold it then the notaire would give you an "attestation" of your sale
These are standard forms in France and utility companies expect to see them

getting out of the rented apartment, you should have an 'etat de lieu de sortir" which says you have ended your rent and it will list as well any expenses you have to pay due to broken things or holes in teh wall...etc.

Perhaps a copy of the formal notice you sent to vacate the apartment, together with proof of receipt by your landlord?
