hi, i am trying to reset the password for my previous expat forum ID and it is not working. i am not getting the new password in e-mail after clicking on the link which i get in e-mail. Can you please help me with this ? thanks.

I've sorted this out for you.

You can now access this account (JK 684) with the password you used for JK291, which you can change in the USERCP if you wish.


You also need to update the email address on the profile. The one used to create the account isn't the one you sent me, so that's probably what the problem was.
