Unless you have other connections with the US (family or a job offer with employer sponsorship), the first thing you're going to have to do is to look into whether or not you can have your PT license recognized in the state of California, and if you can, what requirements there will be to do that. Start here: https://www.ptbc.ca.gov/

The next step is to get a job with an employer who can sponsor your work permit. Finding a job from overseas isn't easy, but it's not entirely impossible. You may need to plan on one or more "visits" to the area where you want to live and work - for interviews and general information gathering.

Just be aware that LA is a very expensive area to live in. And living there doesn't necessarily make it any easier to break into show biz or modeling or whatever.
