Question Computer Question

I recently had my desktop computer reformatted. I've had this done two or maybe three times in the past by the same person.
This time though he used gamers version of Windows 7. This is okay and it works fine. Question I have though is he installed a program called EasyBCD2.2
Does anyone know anything about this program as far as if it a type of spyware or keylogger? Or is it something that is useful as shown by a Google search?

Thanks In Advance

Basically it's a bootloader - intended for those who want to have two different OS on the same hard disk. Usually used for putting both Linux and Windows onto the machine. You don't really need it if you're happy with using just Windows.
Cheers,
Bev

Hi Bev,

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure and could not find anywhere if it's safe to remove the program. It's quite small but was just concerned about privacy issues. I'm using only Windows so will probably go ahead and remove it.

Thanks
