Default Where to go for tyre replacement

With only a couple of months to go before I depart, I get a puncture which may be possible to repair. Its a dirty great screw sticking out of the main tread. maybe I'm just paranoid but there was a car with had left the cycle track car park this afternoon, which also had a puncture.....

I can try the garage place in Tecom to see if it can be plugged but if I need a tyre for an Audi Q5, anyone care to recommend a decent place with a decent stock of tyres, ideally around Tecom, Barsha area ?
