Default Apple TV Movies no longer play / working

For a number of months we have been struggling to get our Apple TV to play movies via our Du broadband. As a result we have upgraded our broadband to 20Mbps and bought a new (1200Mbps) router, but still no joy... any ideas anyone?

PS: the usual Du speedtest (and their own internal 'test') has yielded nothing, other than confirmation the connection is fine.

It could be the IP address, cange the IP as this happened to my friend before, he had connected another device to the network and for some odd reason it interfered with Apple because the IP address was too close to each other.
It actually happened a few times to him each time after connecting a new device but Apple tv was the only issue, do not phone Apple as they will charge ridiculous money to help you!

Turned off iCloud, normal service is resumed - looks like you cannot play a Movie if the iCloud photostream is updating?

Specifically, it is Sharing the photostream seems to create the problem.

Phew, now we will all be able to enjoy Barbie Pearl Princess in HD once again.

Thank you both for your replies.
